Yeah so a lot of you liked my other ms-painting. Done entirely with your every day ms-paint. Not to mention, no wacom tablet either. Just a straight mouse.
Inspired by Vinnie Veritas' incredible ms-paintings.
This is a picture of a peculiar character by the name of Mr.Guul. He always wears a white plastic bag on his head, and can tell if you're LYING to him.

It went alright actually. Skies cleared up and everything was peachy keen. Never seen one before. Nothing too extravigant, just interesting to see.
